It reaches the internal and external lubricant’s perfect balance to ensure for the stable extrusion process, while using different fillers and pigments can be the most effective adjustment, so the composite stabilizer has good adaptability for use.

PVC Ca-Zn Stabilizer
Calcium-zinc stabilizer is composed of calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant, antioxidant and so on. It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as lead, cadmium salts and tin, but also has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring ability. In the PVC products producing, its processing performance is good, the thermal stability is equivalent to lead salt stabilizer, which is a good non-toxic stabilizer.
