ACR Processing Aid
The ACR processing aid is prepared by polymerizing methyl methacrylate onto an alkyl acrylate elastomer and having a “core-shell” structure. Its “core” is a kind of low-crosslinking acrylic rubber polymer, and the “shell” is a methyl methacrylate polymer which is compatible with PVC. The processing type ACR is mainly used to improve the processing property of PVC. It is usually formed by copolymerization of methyl methacrylate with methacrylate and acrylate. PVC type, but the PVC resin itself does not transmit heat and shear force, and the formed melt is not uniform. After the ACR modifier, the characteristics of PVC and surface gloss can be obviously improved.

General Processing Aid
General processing aids are acrylate copolymer developed by our company, whose main function is to promote plasticization of PVC compounds, especially to achieve low temperature plasticizing effect and improve processing property, to enhance the quality of finished products.
This additive can be applied to many kinds of molding technology such as rolling, extrusion and injection molding, mainly incl. PVC profile, pipe, pipe fitting and PVC foam products etc.

Lubricating Processing Aid
Lubricating processing aid is a kind of lubricating processing additive with unique function. Inthe PVC processing and molding process, adding a small amount of this product can not only promote the plasticization of materials, but also have excellent metal peeling effect, better processing liquidity, increase the service cycle, improve production efficiency. It can be used alone or added together with other processing additives to jointly promote plasticization of PVC resin.
This additive can be applied to all PVC products, incl. PVC sheet, film, bottle, profile, pipe, pipe fitting, other molding parts and PVC foam products.

Transparent Processing Aid
Transparent processing aid is a new processing aid produced by emulsion polymerization process. Its main function is to promote plasticization of PVC mixture, improve melting ability, reduce processing temperature and improve surface glossiness but without affecting the optical property of PVC products.
This additive can be applied to all PVC products, especially for transparent products, such as PVC transparent sheet, film and other blow molding products.

SAN Processing Aid
SAN processing aid is a special PVC processing aids basing on Poly(styrene-Acrylonitrile). Their molecular weight is up to more than 5 million, can effectively promote PVC plasticization, but almost don’t have any affection on Vicat softening points of PVC finished product , improve the surface gloss, improve the thermal deformation temperature of PVC products, while giving PVC products higher surface hardness and rigidity. As a thermoplastic resin, it has excellent heat resistance, good dimensional stability and chemical corrosion resistance.
This additive can be applied to all PVC products, such as PVC sheet, board, profile, pipe, pipe fitting and PVC foam products.
